Nick has just published his first book 'Technical Studies for Advanced Players' through his own brand new publishing company.
'Technical Studies for Advanced Players' is a book of exercises for valved brass aimed at Grade 7+. It consists of 8 key exercises covering Major, Harmonic and Melodic Minor, Whole-tone and Chromatic scales, Dominant and Diminished 7ths and Triads. Although there are only 8 exercises, each one covers all twelve keys.
It is a valuable addition to any valved brass players library. It also features a 'Tech Ex Light' page which can be cut out and kept in your instrument case.
